• All screens are removed and cleaned by wiping down both sides.

• Windows are cleaned thoroughly by wetting down with a strip washer and scrubbing to remove bug spots, smudges, and stains.  If necessary, wet windows are bladed to remove paint or construction debris.

• Windows are professionally squeegeed to clean away all water.

• Sills are wiped down to remove any excess water.

• Edges are towel dried to take care of any touchups.

• Screens are replaced.

Also note:

- If we work inside we will wear slip on booties over our shoes. 

- WE REQUIRE:  Someone over 18 to be present at the home.

- Before all appointments the customer will receive a text or email with the picture of the technician.

- All technicians have had a stringent back ground check.
